Robert le diable’s History Days

Over a weekend, experience Norman life in the Viking era! Visit the replica of a real encampment in the castle moat and let our historical re-enactment troupe teach you about the Viking way of life. With the craft market, combat displays, musical parade, hands-on activity workshops and a mystery game, this is an event for all the family to learn about history in a different way.

Robert le diable’s Fantastical Days

The spirit of Robert le diable has been awakened, and with it, a whole bestiary drawn from fantastical worlds. Elves, fauns, goblins, magicians, pirates… They will be making the castle their home for the weekend and are planning a big party. Between strolling theatre shows, folk concerts, the medieval market, and cosplay and fun activities for the whole family, the festivities are going to be fantastic!
